Mr. Prescott has been President, CEO and Director of Align Technology, Inc. since April 2002. From May 1999 until August 2001 (when Boston Scientific completed its $115 million acquisition), Mr. Prescott was President, CEO and Director of Cardiac Pathways Corporation. From 1996 until 1999, Mr. Prescott served as Vice President and General Manager of a $200 million respiratory business unit of Nellcor Puritan Bennett (departing after Mallinckrodt completed its acquisition of Nellcor Puritan Bennett), and in other senior leadership roles for Nellcor since 1994. Prior to Nellcor, Mr. Prescott served in various roles at GE Medical Systems as well as Siemens. Mr. Prescott holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Arizona State University and a Masters in Management (MM) from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Prescott also serves as a director for National Children’s Oral Health Foundation.
