Jeff Nugent

Mr. Nugent has over 25 years of dermatology and consumer skin and beauty care experience. He led Johnson & Johnson's acquisition of Neutrogena and served as its worldwide President and CEO during the period of its significant expansion to one of the world's most valued line of skin and personal care products. He later became President and CEO of Revlon where he led the highly-leveraged company's push to profitability while driving a strategic expansion from beauty into skin care. Mr. Nugent has also been directly involved in a number of early to mid-staged medical device and aesthetic companies including serving as Chairman of Tria Beauty, Ascension Orthopedics and Ventus Medical. He has also held a number of Board positions including Bioform and Myoscience.

Prior to leading Neutrogena, Mr. Nugent held a series of senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson in the areas of finance, manufacturing, R&D and marketing, including the role of Corporate VP of Global Quality Management. He holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from St. Joseph's College, an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from Loyola University. He served as an Operations Research and Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army.
